Unleash your creativity and promote animal welfare through this fun art contest. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to show or tell us the importance of veterinary care. Students are encouraged to explore topics including the benefits of spay and neuter, annual vaccinations, surgical interventions, dental care and other essential veterinary services that keep animals healthy and thriving.

Oʻahu students in grades 6-12 care encouraged to submit their artwork in any of the four categories: 

• Traditional art (drawing, painting, etc.)
• Digital Art (photography, animation, video, graphic design) 
• Creative Writing (poetry or short story, no longer than 500 words) 
• 3D Art (ceramic, wood, metal, sewing, etc.) 

There will be a total of eight winners, two from each category who will receive exciting prizes like a $100 Visa Debit Card, a Humane Achievement award and more! Additional recognition will be given to honorable mentions.  

Submissions are open from Monday, January 5, 2026, to Monday, March 23, 2026, at 11:59 pm.
